Dr. Robertson continues his series of Christmas sermons entitled, "Elephant in the Stable" this morning. The "elephant in the room" idiom refers to an obvious truth that is largely ignored (as if anyone could just overlook an "elephant in the room"). Our pastor is playing off that phrase to discuss topics this month that are fundamental to the Christmas story but seldom discussed. Today he's preaching on whether Christians must believe in the Virgin Birth of Christ.

Larry brings his series of sermons through Malachi ("More Than Just Going Through the Motions") to a close today by preaching of the future Hope that God promised as He brought the Old Testament to a close. A period of prophetic silence lasting more than 400 years commenced after Malachi's message, but God wasn't (and isn't) finished. He will have His day!
