Hindsightless

... and a new game! It's my first episode of 2022 and I kicked off the year by running and playing Pathfinder 1E and reading up on a game that recently came across my radar. Let's talk RPG's!

... and Chuck Norris. This fun little episode features amazing calls from Rob the Tim'rous Bushi, Colin "Spike Pit" Green, Julz "Mistress of the Saltmarshes" Burgisser, Jason "Master of Movies" Conerly, Cleric Taylor of the Mailed Fist, and Karl "the Acapella Fella" Rodriguez. This will most likely be my last episode of 2021, so I wish all of you the happiest of New Year's and may 2022 bring us all lots of good things!

Calls from Jason, Anthony and Karl. Talking about Warhammer Fantasy Quest, Christmas lasagna, the war on Christmas, and the uselessness of the Anchor search function.

It's Christmas Day 2021 as I drop this episode and I hope all y'all are having a wonderful day full of family, friends, and holiday cheer. I had a bunch of messages from Karl, so I thought to myself,  "It's Krismas with Karl, isn't it?" Yup! Enjoy and Merry Christmas to one and all!

(The "war on Christmas" is a lie invented and perpetuated by right wing media outlets in America to boost their profits and foster derision in this country. It does not exist. Don't believe it for a second.)

I love drinking at airport bars, but when the airport bar has the best beer, Rainier, on tap it's a whole different ball game. Most of this episode was recorded at the airport bar between drinks. We got a session recap, calls from folks we haven't heard from in a long time, and a brand new caller to the show! It's a banger!

I asked for your thoughts on a couple of issues that have come up around my Curse of the Crimson Throne game and Anchor came through with gusto!!! Jason, Menion, and Spencer all come through with super solid advice. This one is a can't miss for sure!

Session recaps, RPG ponderings, a very pretty Clerics Wear Ring Mail and Billy Ocean. Yup, this one really does have it all!

Jason argues with himself, Taylor spins a cunning little yarn, and Karl talks about counting... could you ask for anything more? Let's discuss my observation that, based partially on the messages from episode 254, there appears to be a single way to play the oldest versions of D&D in order to play them successfully.

Calls from Jason, Karl, RFED, Spencer, and Joe the God of Ravens!!! Put that in your earholes and smoke it!

Here's 13 minutes of me drunkenly, but happily, talking about my life. Spoilers; it's pretty rad sometimes. Zero RPG content. You have been warned.
