On this episode of Hire A Millennial Virtual Assistant Podcast, John talks about your personality as a virtual assistant, whether you’re an introvert or an extrovert. He explains the difference of those two personalities and how does it affect your work. He also gave tips for introverted individuals in surviving the virtual assistant world. John also shares that there are actually a lot of people who overcome being an introvert and now are successful. So don’t let it stop you.   
In this episode, John also talks about the importance of time management and frequent rest. Managing your time or keeping your time on track will definitely help you with your work, scheduling also works and by doing that you won’t be continually interrupted. Allowing your mind and eyes rest is also important. Feeling exhausted will make you less happy with your work, so it is important to take a little break from time to time. 
 
John also adds that introverts are not all the same, so his advice is to keep track of the things that make you feel exhausted and what activities that make you tired then in the future find out how to include quite time around these activities. The more we communicate with others the more we can relate to one another.
