John starts by saying hiring a virtual assistant is one of the first, yet most important hires that you can make as an entrepreneur.

In this episode, John talks about the main benefits of hiring a virtual assistant. One, you do not need a physical office, depending on where you live renting a physical office space can be quite expensive. John also said that our virtual assistant here in the Philippines typically will cost less than half of what a virtual assistant in North America costs for the same task and responsibilities.
John also mentions that the quickest way to increase your income as entrepreneurs is to delegate more low value tasks to others and fill your calendar with as many high value tasks as possible. John enumerates the four categories of tasks and processes there are in Business.

John also discusses the several sorts of cold-calling services that you can outsource depending on the objective of the call.

In this episode, John shares that telemarketing in the Philippines is really powerful for businesses in the US. John adds that we have the skills that’s economical and can manage their productivity as well. In reality, 82% of consumers will still accept meetings with vendors who reach out to them on their own initiative. The problem is not with cold-calling or with cold outreach, but with a lack of engagement. It's all in how you go about it. 

John also states that It is nearly hard to determine what their problems are. Salespeople are unable to employ a problem solving strategy in the situation and they attempt to pitch individual customers on the emotional side of the house. They will experience it as a result of their purchase. The goal is to take advantage of people's tendency to buy on the spur of the moment. The outcomes of this are widely inconsistent and often unpredictable.
