I met Kathrin Siemer at one of our Oculus Summits in Europe around 8 or 9 years ago. One of the themes of that Summit was HR. It was such a pleasure to meet someone who shared the interest that I had for taking great care of the people that we work with. At the time she was the practice manager for a rapidly growing equine practice in Germany. I was able to visit the practice 3 years ago and I was so impressed at how their people first attitude helped propel their growth.
