We do not have to tell lies for someone to be with us. God created an Adam or an Eve for everyone.

We are owners of our own body. When we say "No" to someone touching us - "No" means "No".

Neglecting our children is also abuse.  

While it is okay to get angry it is never the right thing to abuse others. Physical abuse is never the right thing to do. You are so much better than that.  You deserve so much better.

Stick and stones may break my bones. But words can do me no harm. It is a cliché.  Words can and do hurt. It is called verbal abuse.

Having positive people around can help us to heal from past pain. 

We are all hurting from something but healing is possible when we turn to each other in love.

Deal with your hurting heart before you hurt others.

While we struggle in life we should always remember that the battle is not ours.  The battle is Gods.
