"God has not given us a spirit of fear but of power, love, and a sound mind."

We are caught in a world of hostility, where fear paralyzes us. We are challenged to not believe in the goodness of God and are afraid to use our powers to bind (forbid) and loose (permit) the will of God into the difficult situations we find ourselves in.

We wait for God to do something when God has directed us to take action to declare His will be done instead of falling for the dictates of fear. So many times, we are making a passive agreement with fear instead of "submitting to God and resisting the devil." (James 4:7-8)
