With 103 days until we take on 100km attention has turned to our training plan and the need for some help from the Trail Running Gods.

Very new to the trail running scene but have well and truly developed a passion for it.

We kick off our road to 100km where all things running and prep, or lack of, are discussed from the perspective of two inexperienced (and potentially very naive) Ultra Marathon men.
