October 27, 2019: As we look at the latter part of Joel's prophecy we see that Yahweh is blessing a repentant nation and reinforces his saving nature. I will use portions of Joel 2:18-32 and Galatians 3:26-29.

October 20, 2019: This message represents part two in our series from the book of Joel. Joel 2:12-17 will be the focus of this teaching in which we look at how sometimes in life what we thought was a calamity turned out to be a blessing in disguise.

October 13, 2019: This message will begin a four-week series from the book of Joel. My main text will be Joel 1:1-20 and we will look at how Yahweh pursues his people and calls them to repentance. This teaching will recall our own baptism and how God is a saving God.

October 6: 2019: Guest Minister, Jerry Durham

September 29, 2019: This message revisits the concept of changing our hearts to desire the will of God. I will use Psalm 23, 1 John 2:16-17, Luke 12:22-31, and James 1:14-15 to illustrate how sin originates from our own desires rather than from temptation.

September 22, 2019: This message will focus on suffering and how our sufferings can actually serve as a gift and how we cannot be fully human without suffering. The main text will come from Romans 8. I will also use Romans 5:3-5 and 2 Corinthians 1:3-4.

September 15, 2019: This message is about accepting people for who they are and not looking at our relationships as improvement projects. I will use Romans 5:6-8; Roman's 15:5-7; Matthew 9:9-13 and Luke 5:27-28.

September 8, 2019: We will look at how every child of God must make the decision to surrender our lives. The main scripture text will be from Luke 4:38-44 and Luke 5:1-11. Isaiah 6:6-7 will also be used.

September 1, 2019: I will use Proverbs 23:19-21; Ezekiel 16:49-50; 1 Corinthians 6:19; Colossians 3:5; and Titus 1:12 as we look at what many believe is the most tolerated sin among Christians today.
