Question that might appear on a future episode: What one thing that if it were in the Olympics you'd feel more bummed about winning gold in than anything else? Answer for future guests: Adulting.
Obviously it's important. Imagine our 16-year-old selves running the world. Now imagine driving headfirst into a lightpole. There. Picture painted.
We need to be responsible. We need to be professional. We need to be mature, to a certain extent. But, man, the struggle to stay afloat in that pool is REAL.
So, we brought on some experts to speak to that struggle... while making penis and poo-poo jokes. Obviously.
To illustrate our points, we pitch reasons to justifiably break out of jail for 15 days, how going above and beyond on such minute tasks doesn't really pay off, and life hacks we'd leave in note form in weird places for future readers.
All this and more on HOLD... My Beer.

Yes, who ordered the nostalgia supreme with a side of drunken stupidity?
Who doesn't love a trip down memory lane, recounting harrowing tales of idiocy and inebriation while also remember that these fine fellows become fathers and pass on their... uh... wisdom?
One of us is a father of two, a daddy-o of five years. Another, a brand-new dad who has not been corrupted by screams, running-awayness and tantrums... yet. And the third is watching on, laughing at the others and hopefully learning from them. But we were never good students so let's just scratch that out here.
All the while, we come up with Father's Day gift ideas, crack a few dad jokes, and, of course, share the greatest achievements we ever accomplished while non-sober.
Settle in and enjoy this trip down foggy, blurry, pot-hole-filled memory lane.

Life begins ANEW!
So it seems, anyway, the world is beginning to normalize after weeks of fear, uncertainty and quarantine. For most of us, it's a great realization: The light at the end of the tunnel has arrived.
For one-third of the Three Muskebeers (who ditched us, that jag), it's not as awesome because now he can't nap all day.
We dive into what we'll do next, make predictions about the future and share which miniscule, throwaway comments have infused WAY too much confidence in ourselves.
All that and more on a brand new episode of HOLD... my beer.

Video games. Streaming services. Movies. Podcastery. Beer consumption.
These are a few of our favorite distractions. And have they ever come in handy these days.
We all need escapes from reality now and again (some of us - this guy - take ample time away from it) as a way to keep our sanity.
With beers and hand and seeds in Cody's mouth... friggin Cody... we dive into the need for distractions every now and then.
And then, we discuss what will embarrass people in five years, who we hate for absolutely no reason, and why pee pee makes it easier to build MOON SHELTERS!

First thing's first: In the history of podcastery, no topic and execution have ever paired better than here at Hold My Beer.
Get to know Grant's older daughter and her lack of boundaries. Become familiar with Cody's other personality because the first few minutes of his recording never actually recorded. Then, learn how to remain positive in these trying times.
As we did in this episode.
From divulging facts we wish we never knew to discovering what we'd do if our 5-year-old selves inhabited our bodies to divulging which activities we'd enjoy seen done by specific animals, this episode has it all.
Including our lack of technical abilities.

There comes a time in a young person's life when discovering one's self takes over.
Now there are TWO times... insert rimshot here...
From cooking to marketing to craftsmanship, the Three Muskebeers (patent pending) have picked up trades during government- and general health-mandated alone time. How? Well what the hell else are we SUPPOSED to do?
How about discussing bad names to give children? Or brainstorming nicknames for public poopers? Or sharing an inexplicable tale of how one of our hosts cannot tell the difference between asparagus and green beans?
Cody Parr is back, though hobbled. Brandon Johns is back, though deranged. And Grant Lucas is back, though pun-driven. Listener discretion advised.

Quarantine day... um... well it's Sund... or maybe... Thursd... uh... ahem... Quarantine is still on. It's gone on long enough that February doesn't seem like that long of month anymore, does it?
It's during times like these that our sanity begins to crack. We start speaking like our kids, for example. Or wonder what the outside world was even like.
So, in times like these, it's important to maintain a mental strength that can prevent you from snapping. Here at Hold My Beer, we take that to heart... by drinking beer (and Dr. Pepper) and answer general musings as we always do.
From songs that keep us mentally steady to what educational mascots we'd develop, we here at Hold My Beer have all you need to stay sane... or the opposite...

We haven't even come to the end of the first quarter and already the year 2020 is going effin crazy.
Consider all that has happened already: a near-WW3, Kobe passing, some Oklahoma nutjob with tigers and guns captivating the nation... and that's only the start.
Three months in, and there's enough crazy in 2020 to power Black Sabbath's train. Here, we discuss all that is drunk about 2020 as we try to talk 2021 into starting sooner.

We have been told to isolate ourselves, or at least to practice social distancing. Naturally, we're breaking ALL the rules.
This is all to offer advice on which board games to avoid, which games we'd create, and answering all of life's seemingly unanswerable questions because we now HAVE that kind of time.
