Hold Up, Let Me Call My Sis is what happens when two sisters - LaMia Radiant and T Jamaica Pogue - pick up the phone and let the conversation flow. We grew up in South Jersey, but with LaMia now in Atlanta and T in Philly, most of our catch-ups happen over the phone. And trust us, they often last for hours.

While we both shift between roles, T leans into being the Watcher - analyzing patterns and putting things together - while LaMia, a literal dancer and artistic director, is more socially outgoing and ready to take the leap.
