Today we speak with Dr. Rachel Barrack, DVM, a trained veterinarian in veterinary acupuncture and a veterinary Chinese herbalist, combining the best of Western and Eastern knowledge for complete care for our pets. She is one of a handful of veterinarians noted by New York Magazine as one of the best acupuncturists in the city.

Dr. Rachel Barrack, DVM earned her Bachelor in Animal Science at the University of Vermont and her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from the Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine. She trained at Chi University in Redding, Florida and was Certified as a Veterinary Acupunturist and a Veterinary Chinese Herbalist, two different areas of learning . Dr. Barrack combines the best of Western and Eastern knowledge to provide comprehensive and complete care for pets. She is a Long Island native and resides currently in New York City.
