In this episode, I share with you my personal story with anxiety / panic.

I never truly thought I would be able to share this story with you guys, but I feel comfortable enough now to share my struggles with it.
I can't thank my coach enough @annatheanxietycoach who has been an absolute blessing in my healing journey towards overcoming anxiety.
I have developed incredible tools that I use everyday, where anxiety does not take over my life as much.
I am still recovering, but I am so damn proud of how far I have come! Listen on to hear some things that have absolutely changed the way I view anxiety.

In episode 11, I guide you towards breaking through your insecurities.

In episode 10 I explore the ways you can begin to LOVE your body!

I give you my recommendations and things that have helped me heal my relationship towards my body, hoping that they can help you too!
I went from absolutely hating my body and pointing out all of its flaws. To now, where I can happily say I am so confident in my body, I truly embracing my body for what it is, and looking at it in the mirror with so much gratitude and love!
I went from chasing a specific body image, to loving the skin I am in!!
