Centering yourself can be one of the most important things when it comes to having discipline. Especially when you are dealing with difficult situations or people. It can be useful in business and personal to allow for you to either succeed or drive you further away from your goal. 

Have the practice of Centering yourself will allow for you to overcome obstacles and position you in a manner that will influence positive response and change.

In this episode we discuss the importance of having compassion and recognizing self-compassion as being a source along the journey of life that will help in many personal and professional situations. Let's reach those goals and understand that perfection isn't the goal but completion is!

I am : I practice compassion towards myself and others 

1. I deserve compassion, tenderness, and empathy from myself.
2. I release myself with forgiveness from today and move forward with self-love to tomorrow.
3. Every day is a new opportunity. I won’t let self-doubt or judgment hold me back from the future.
4. I forgive myself and accept my flaws because nobody is perfect.
5. I’m not the first person to have felt this way, and I won’t be the last, but I’m growing.

Some self-compassion techniques and tips 

1. Let yourself make mistakes and treat yourself as you’d treat your best friend. 
2. Becoming more Self-Award tapping into more positive self talk compared to beating ourselves up
