In this podcast listen as I talk about some of the bad habits we as apprentices may carry on for the rest of our careers if we don't catch ourselves now and stop. I'm talking about those habits we tend to do when first starting to bend conduit. There will be plenty of more episodes to this series of podcast, I'm almost sure of it. As time goes by and I continue to teach I'm sure things will come up on my mind or I'll just notice other young apprentices doing on the job. In which case I'll will bring it here to you my audience. Thanks and i hope you enjoy the show. I go live every Sunday at 9pm eastern. I will do my best to try and record it and post it here for you. In this podcast i'll get into when you should use different types of 3 point saddles in regards to the degrees you choose to bend them. Also i'll get into a little bit about when and why you should use different degrees for your offsets as well.
"Just because you know how to bend, doesn't mean you always should!"
Words that explain how I think when I work with conduit.
Listen as I explain myself and how I learned to reach a level of conduit bending that has made my work look great and at the same time save time while still producing great work.

In this Podcast i will direct you in the process of measuring, calculating, laying out and bending a 4 point saddle step by step w/ me as your Journeyman. Just as if i was right there coaching you. Its kind of like On The Job Training. Anyhow just so you know I do not get into the multipliers or what the shrink constants are for certain degree of bends. If you do not know these values i suggest you find them before you play this podcast because i do not go into it extensively at all. Thats something you should already know if you are attempting to bend a 4 point saddle.
