Many people follow the law of attraction… which basically states that in order to manifest your wish, you have to align with the frequency of that which you want to manifest. Which basically implies that we can have the full control over our life if we just hold the „right“ frequency. Isn’t it slightly ignorant to think that way? It also creates a lot of pressure, needing to feel a certain way, and judging „low vibrations“.

I believe that whatever you are meant to receive or have in your life, you will be provided by life itself, independent of your frequency. The only influence that your vibration has is how you experience what you receive.

In this episode I am talking about the lessons I have learnt and am still learning about letting go.

In this episode I am inviting an inspiring man and beautiful soul for a conversation about what touches the heat. I am very excited to have him on the podcast, as he is a source of inspiration and authenticity. He used to be a rugby player and is now very much dedicated to embodying love, kindness and authenticity. He is spiritually very awake and connected, yet so grounded and relatable.
