There is a love stronger than death. It’s where Jesus lives, dies and rises from the dead for our salvation. God shows us His love throughout the Song of Songs, and He reminds us again this week as we conclude are sermon series that we are “Altogether Beautiful”.

Who gets the glory in your relationships? God gets the glory when the church does what its supposed to do, and loves all people with the love He first loved us. We continue our sermon series on the Song of Songs, “Altogether Beautiful” in chapter 6 and 7.

Our differences can create conflict on our own, causing all sorts of problems in our relationships. But God uses our differences to build us up and to draw us to Him and to each other. We continue our sermon series on the Song of Songs, “Altogether Beautiful” in chapter 5.

Sometimes, it’s hard for us to believe what God says about us. But in Song of Songs, he tells us over and again that we are altogether beautiful, and there is no flaw in us. We are all searching for something: purpose, practicality, people. Thinking if we can somehow find the right one, thing or place, we can be whole. In the Song of Songs, God invites you to be real. God invites you to relationship. God invites you to embrace the imperfect. God invites you into His family. God invites you to delight. Song of Songs is about the relationship between man and woman AND between God and us. We’re going to wrestle with one of the hardest books of Scripture, and how God speaks about marriage, sexuality, and intimacy. We begin our sermon series on the Song of Songs, “Altogether Beautiful” in chapter 1 where God invites us to draw near.

We are within sight of the end! We are nearly there! It’s the last week of our sermon series on 1 Timothy that we’ve been calling “Are We There Yet?” It all comes down to this. But maybe, if you’ve ever been on a trip, you know that the final portion of the trip is the most perilous. We conclude our series looking at 1 Timothy 6 and what’s foolish and wise.

Sometimes, it feels like God is cheap. We pray, and we ask Him for our deepest prayers and His answer is no. Even when we ask Him for things which are good, His answer is no. Even still, He is generous with what matters most! He gives us everything we need for eternity through the death and resurrection of His Son, Jesus Christ.
