The Holy Spirit, the Third Person of the Trinity, has been likened at times to a force or an energy. He has been credited with manifestations such as drunkenness, holy laughter, jerking, twitching, and shaking. There are words outside of Scripture attributed to Him, encounters appearing more as conversations between two friends having coffee rather than acknowledging the holiness and reverence of God. There is talk of activating the Holy Spirit and His gifts and inviting Him to corporate gatherings. 

Join me as we take a look at some of these manifestations and beliefs while we dive into Scripture. Let's see what the Word of God has to say about the Spirit of God, and let's test ourselves along the way to make sure our theology is sound and in agreement with the Author of Scripture, the Holy Spirit.
