This morning Tristan spoke on Luke 6:17-26 about Luke's Beatitudes and how they show us where our treasure should lie.

This morning Joe spoke on Luke 6:12-16 on how Jesus called the first disciples.

Afterwards Robert Sang led a time of prayer. We prayed into the 3 points Joe shared

• Thanking God that He can use ordinary people like us to do His Kingdom work

• Praying that we'd be obscure enough and humble and not allow our ego to get in the way but to be used by God for His purposes

• Praying that we'd be obedient to God's call in our lives and willing to do whatever He asks of us

• We also prayed for the Breakfast Club and Alpha happening today and for Jubilee Sunday.

This morning Ben spoke on Luke 6:1-11. Here we see the Pharisees trying to drive a wedge between Jesus’s actions and God’s Word. His response reminds us that no rules, sin or death can separate God from those he loves and came to save.

This morning Sally spoke from Luke 5:33-39 on the parable of new wine needing new wine skins the new wine that Jesus demonstrated 2000 years ago that he longs for us to enjoy today.

Afterwards we prayed that God would open our eyes to see Jesus and open our ears and help us to listen

This morning Toufic spoke from Luke 5:27-32. To follow Jesus we must leave everything else behind as Matthew did when Jesus called him to follow Him.

• We started by looking at the verse in Mark 10:45 where Jesus said '‘For even the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many.'

• We thanked Jesus that he came to serve us and to die for us to forgive and to save us by grace.

• After Toufic's talk we prayed that we would follow Jesus in all areas of our lives, leaving everything else behind as Levi did when he followed Jesus.

This morning Reema spoke on Luke 5:17-26. In this passage we see that Jesus has power to heal completely – both physically and spiritually. We see the petition of the paralyzed man and his friends, the protest of the pharisees and the praise of the people as they see the remarkable things God has done.

Afterwards Reema led a time of prayer for

• Healing for those we know

• Friends and family

• Others we do not know across the world.

Yesterday Josh spoke about the moment when God calls us. Today Jamie spoke on Luke 5:12-16 about how we can minister like Jesus as he encounters a man with leprosy. Jesus is willing, and when we are willing too, how do we minister healthily?

We prayed:

• About our own willingness to serve

• Trusting in God to remove barriers in our Revitalise 250 project

• For God to intervene in Ukraine, and with the food crisis

This morning Josh spoke on Luke 5:1-11 on how Jesus calls Simon Peter. Josh reminded us that we are also called by Jesus to be fishers of men.
