Sorry you're not sleeping well; but we'll make good use of the time by meditating on Isaiah 4.

We'll remember how, in Christ, God makes us holy. He washes away our filth and cleanses us.

This is a good passage if you're restless because you're feeling guilty or ashamed.

Often, these feelings are God-given indicators of our sin, prompts to turn to Jesus for forgiveness and new life.

Other times they're the result of the enemy's accusations.

Either way, it'll be good to remember how thoroughly God cleanses us in Christ.
