Energy is something you can control with many different factors including vitamins, exercise, routine as well as maintaining good health and sleep cycle.  If you want to form a certain lifestyle you have to work backwards and first, make it a habit and then put it in your routine, once it is in your routine long enough a lifestyle is formed.  I share with you my morning routine and things that help me get my day started faster and how I am more excited to start my day.  Good days leads to good years and a good life. 

Communication can be tough to learn especially being patient with the ones who aren't so good.  Expressing change to a loved one whether that be school, work or hobby choices can be difficult because any change is difficult!  In Ep. 24 I share ways on how to communicate yourself efficiently so others see what you see in the positive change or path you want to take. 

IDK who needs to hear this but you don’t need to be a morning person - just get your shit done!! Routines & systems are not on anybody's schedule but your own.  If you set the timelines for yourself and are organized things will happen regardless of the time you wake up.  Unless you only sleep for 4 hours a night- everyone has the same hours to do what they want with their day.  How do you spend your days?

Make sure you look up at the sky tonight around 11:30 and soak in all goodness to embrace over the next couple of weeks. 

It is a hard understanding that life isn't a straight line or always goes the way you want it to, but knowing change is indefinite and how to take care and control emotions during times that didn't go as planned is so powerful.
