Kathy & I are excited to talk about Season 4 Episode 15 "A Rustic Italian Dream Home" from the HGTV Fixer Upper TV Show. Featuring a lovely couple from Northern California, Jenny and Ramil Ignacio, looking for a fixer upper with rustic Italian flair. Although Ramil would rather find a more move-in-ready home. Bringing their 4 young children to Waco to be closer to their family, the couple have find a nice home with great land, leaving them with a nice remaining budget for remodeling.

Welcome to episode 15, Kathy & I sit down to talk about Season 4 Episode 14 "Second Chance at a Country Home" on the HGTV Fixer Upper TV Show. This episode features Jordan and Rachel Barker, and their 3 wonderful children. The Barker's were looking to move out of the downtown Waco lifestyle and into the country with plenty of land. After a setback in their search for their dream home, Chip and Joanna are able to find a home within their budget and create a home with a European farmhouse feel.
