Marie joins us this week to talk to us about life after the death of her mother. She speaks candidly about how her grieving process was impacted by the fact that she was the eldest daughter who was left to care for her father and brothers. Marie has spent years in therapy and she is able to speak freely and openly about her pain and happiness. She recommends these two books for others who may have also lost a parent:

Our final event of the year and it's an all day event! Join us on the 5th December for a day dedicated to all you amazing eldest daughters.  

All proceeds from the event will go towards our therapy fund; which aims to provide therapy sessions to the women in our community. So join us for a great day and support the therapy fund too!

Protests have erupted across Nigeria but what are they about? Eldest daughter, and former podcast guest, Hadiza talks to us about the #ENDSARS movement and how life in Nigeria has changed for her.
