In our longest ever podcast so fa fa fa, we spontaneously open a couple of bottles of Chablis at the expense of the show's structure and clarity of speech, and engage in a long and candid chat with Fredrik Saroiea from DATAROCK. We mull over the origins of Fredrik's musical career on the trusty old Commodore 64, his first ever song, Cashmere goats, the enormous popularity of Datarock in Australia, the fabulous radio station JJJ,
Frank Zappa, Devo and Talking Heads, his penchant for Yacht Rock, DJ s getting BJs, the direction of the music industry, appearing on commercials, his record label and some of the acts signed to it (check out Denga Denga!), as well as the similarities between Norwegians and Australians, just to name a few subjects. Possibly our speech starts to slur towards the end but I think we managed to edit those bits out. Fredrik is a great sport, highlighted by the fact that he has allowed us to use complete Datarock songs in this unique and highly enjoyable podcast!

This week's show has been strictly classified R, restricted to people under 9 years of age. This time the wonderful improv king from Sortland Eirik Del Barco Soleglad co-hosts the show. He, Anthony and Mr Pauly welcome Matias Tellez and Rune Vandaskog -2 members of the precociously talented wunderkind tropical pop ensemble "Young Dreams", who talk us through their new material, how it was made and who insist rather vehemently that they are certainly not the next big thing! How dare we even mention it! After that we push the boundaries of boyhood by discussing farts, and taking it way too far(t), including an interview with a badly impersonated German Fartologist called Professor Schweinficker. Anthony reveals his favourite philosopher and Kant keep a straight face. We have muppets and angels - this time Silvio Belusconi (again!) is clear muppet of the week - as well as countless other ruminations and meanderings you just have to expect from Anthony and Mr Pauly.

This week we cross-examine singer/songwriter Robert Smith-Hald, who gives us an insight into his fascinating childhood, and explains how and why he is such a prolific writer. We discuss a trans-sexual scrabble champ, an unsung shark attack hero, and a dog that also bites. Anthony spills the beans about his tax problems and we make it our controversial topic of the week, taking it not only to the streets, but also to the tax office in Stavanger. We have a guest in the studio to inform us about Bergen's great humanitarian award - The Rafto Prize. We have muppets and angels as well as countless other ruminations and meanderings you just have to expect from Anthony and Mr Pauly.

This week we have the pleasure of having the wonderful weather presenter Eli Kari Gjengedal as co-host of the show. She calls Anthony cute, and Paul in a fit of jealousy, suggests they find a room somewhere. Then she finally starts complimenting Paul, who had to work very hard on a dancy remix of a weather report she once sung on national television in order to earn it. He blushes. We hook up with groovy diva Caitlin Simpson on the POTS (ie: plain old telephone system) and chat about her flourishing musical career, as well as some of our favourite words in Norwegian. We discuss Eli Kari's recent criticism of motorists who refuse to heed her warnings. We find about dekks with piggs and discover it sounds dodgy in a Kiwi accent. We have muppets and angels - including the late great Paul the octopus- as well as countless other ruminations and meanderings you just have to expect from Anthony and Mr Pauly.

This week we are honoured to have playing live and chatting with us in the studio, 5 members of the Bergen Philharmonic Orchestra. Of course, Anthony is weighed under by the unfortunate misapprehension that a guy called Phil was coming in to play his harmonica. In our controversial topic of the week, we ask the question "Has Norway lost its mojo?" after a recent survey places it well down the order of best countries to live in. Kumar Dikshit makes a jingle for us. We go back to the 80s for a music quiz. We also wonder what killed the radio star. We have muppets - including the pastor of disaster -and angels as well as countless other ruminations and meanderings you just have to expect from Anthony and Mr Pauly.

Anthony gets bedazzled by ample breasts and Paul tries to keep it as politically correct as usual. Silje Alvsaker comes in to tell us all about the magazine Megafon and its vendors. We have muppets and angels as well as countless other ruminations and meanderings you just have to expect from Anthony and Mr Pauly.

This week Anthony and Mr Pauly were privileged enough to be entertained by the charming girls from award winning local band MOI featuring the songwriting talents of the girl with many names: Ingjerd Annie "Apple" Moi the-Girl-that-lives-down-the- road- from-Paul's-place Østrem Omland. We are given a shout out from Moi-member Tatiana about her dance crew Flava Few.
