On Thanksgiving Day 2020, human remains were found in an abandoned house located on Highway 70 South in Bellevue, a suburb near Nashville. The victim became known as the Highway 70 Jane Doe.

**Update**Ashley's family was able to have her exhumed and brought home. They had a lovely service for her where they could express how much they loved her.
