To start with a bang, J & Lesly are joined by an amazing, astonishing, smart, kind hearted person we know... LAUREN BOLINE, a Registered Dietitian & Intuitive Eating Coach! We actually recorded an ep a long time ago but lost the audio (RIP) so we got lucky and recorded a second one. J was scared we were gonna have a stale convo but we ended up yelling by the end! We talk about what is intuitive eating, how can we break free of diet culture, how we have applied these lessons and the difficulties with guilt-free eating.
