Our guest today, Missy Hitz, has been helping people feel better with massage therapy for over 24 years. By combining her knowledge of Kinesiology (B.S. Penn State University) and massage therapy (Central PA School of Massage (CPSM) she has been able to help many people reduce and even eliminate muscle pain and stress. Through her background as an educator (Massage Therapist Program Director/Instructor at Great Lakes Institute of Technology (GLIT) & MT Instructor at CPSM) and in the field (Day Spas, Chiropractic Offices & Fitness Centers) she has gained enough experience & clientele to open Monacella Massage & Kinesiology in 2008. Missy continues to love learning, helping others in the field (Board member of GLIT Massage Therapy Program) and mentoring entrepreneurs via Paramount Pursuit mentoring programs.
Missy is proud to support local businesses and is a member of the Erie Downtown Partnership & City of Erie Mayor’s Business Council.
Find out more about Monacella Massage!
At Monacella Massage and Kinesiology, we believe that the health of a community starts with the physical health of each individual, and physical health -- starting with freedom from pain and a full mobility range -- is the foundation of mental health. So helping Erie to feel better physically helps Erie to get out there and DO better, including everything from our jobs to our relationships to those little bits of interaction we have every day with the person at the coffee shop. We love Erie and want the best for all of us, starting with just feeling good.

A Valentine's Day special!
My guest today, Dominick Antonio, happens to also be a dear friend and most recently...my boyfriend! =)
We won't get too mushy, keeping it about business, and this man knows business! He has taken over the company his father started almost half a century ago and is creating a focused, well oiled machine that will hopefully be franchise-able in the near future.
Dominick shares his learning experiences working for other companies in various industries after graduating from Penn State University, as well as from working with his father for many years and how that led him down the path to run the family business. Being a true entrepreneur means being an innovator and Antonio has implemented that concept within his company by seeing needs in the market, narrowing their scope of services to create better profit margins, fixing innefficienceies and creating training manuals.
He has great advice for any aspiring entrepreneur, so take notes and share with like minded individuals!

My first dude is on the show!!! Chris Trott is a fellow Discovery Channel Undercover Billionaire star! He apparently has a son =P His degree in Operations Management has served him well through an interesting journey of job positions before eventually leading him to the path of entrepreneurship. We met through horses, we reconnected through the show and since then have continued to find ways to support each other's businesses. Chris is one of the nicest guys I know but he has a shrewd eye and great instincts for business opportunities that have spurred the growth of his business as well as the vision he is creating for it. Enjoy the insights Chris gives on what entrepreneurship means to him and his advice to others.
