The book of Psalms contains a wide diversity of people's emotional journey and how to talk to God not just when things are going well but particularly when things are bad. The Psalms teach us that if we stay with God and process everything with Him in prayer, it always ends in praise. The call of Psalms is a call to unburden yourself by bringing your protests to the One who can actually do something about your situation.
