In a shocking plot twist to everyone (including Jessie) we are now a podcast with seasons, and the current season ends... now (before Jessie's life descends into further chaos as she prepares for her move to escape the Toronto Blue Jays and their air horn).
Jessie recaps her first season as a podcast host and talks about plans for the next one. Make sure you follow the podcast so you don't miss the premiere of Season 2!

Jessie tries out a new episode format this week and gives you a front row seat to her having a psychological break through and realizing she's codependent as fuck. Also, episodes will be released biweekly (every two weeks) for a while as Jessie sorts through the bajillion things she has on the go!

It's double trouble with Jesses this week as Jessie is joined by Twitch streamer @itsjskah to talk about her experience of getting diagnosed with ADHD and how things have changed since then. The ladies bond over things like needing to have multiple things happening at once in order to be productive, never being able to get anywhere on time, and having a million and one hobbies to keep them occupied (though they often just get stuck staring at Tiktok or a wall – sometimes you don't get to choose your hyperfixation!) A slight warning that there are sections of high-speed talking... apparently that's what happens when you put two neurodivergent Jesses who like to talk on a podcast together.

Honestly WTF is 10 episodes old!! We know, we don't look a day over two. In this milestone episode Jessie comes clean about the weekly struggle she goes through to put out an episode and not just throw in the towel on this podcast. Jessie takes us along on her journey to understand her self-sabotaging tendencies, what she learned in researching self-sabotage, and how she plans to finally make progress on overcoming her self-sabotaging behaviours.

If you didn't read the episode title the way Ross from Friends yells it, you have some homework to do... go on... we'll wait. Jessie is pivoting. She will no long be confined by a podcast theme that she has outgrown. So now, there is no theme. Jessie is going to be talking about whatever the heck she wants to talk about that particular week. What a wild ride! Please fasten your seatbelts and keep your arms and legs inside the vehicle at all times, it's about to get weird.

Jessie chats with Tell from @tellsteaa about how she's learned to not give into the pressure of constantly hustling and take breaks when she needs them. Tell talks about her journey from growing up with a money scarcity mindset, to making herself physically sick from ignoring her own needs, to listening to her body and what it needs while working through the guilt that can come with not taking breaks.
Tell is a mental health blogger and business owner (@hip__clips) who candidly and authentically shares her ups, downs and all the hilarity in between.
