On today's episode, we explain Family Night, a special night of the week that we set aside to reconnect, spend some time focused on each other and our needs, and a "romantic reset button" to make the rest of the week go by a little easier. We had a lot of fun making this episode and we hope you enjoy it too! 

We are constantly working on being a healthier and happier couple. We do this by being equal partners. We share cleaning. Sarah Ruth does more of the cooking but Tony pays for more of the groceries. We regularly negotiate and communicate to make sure both of our needs are met. We are in therapy so that we can work to improve our relationship. 

In this episode, we discuss how we met, where we are now, and why we want to make this podcast. We met in the summer of COVID 2020 through the Bumble app. We both didn't expect this relationship to become what it did, but here we are thriving. We are figuring out how to be a couple in a modern relationship. 

Mads and I are working on ourselves and we are seeing the impacts in our relationships. We aren't drinking this year, we have been working out, and we are happier. Tune in.

We get to know Sara and Travis better. Sara and Travis actively work to create their family. Sara had children from her previous marriage. Although Travis is not their biological father, he is their dad. They work hard to make their family a family. They also touch on the importance of physical intimacy in their relationship.
