We have lost lots of choices in our society and cultures, but we have our thoughts; no one can take that from us and we can let our actions be fueled by healthy thoughts. The power of choice is about having healthy boundaries and removing anything/anyone who is toxic from our lives. Find your people/community that is healthy and allows you to grow in your identity and become the best version of yourself.

We talk about how we win when we walk by faith not by sight. Is risk the opposite of fear? Let's live in more freedom and learn how to be more of who we are made to be.
