How do you know the person you are with is the right one? How do you find the right one?
Finding the right partner isn't so much looking for them. However, knowing when they come into your life.
First thing is to stop looking. Looking for the right person usually doesn't go the right way and leads to disaster.
Second, improve who you are. Working on yourself, helps you know who you need in your life and make you an even better person.
Third, when the right person comes into your life. You will take a natural interest in their life. You will want to continue improving yourself for them and will want to come along side them to help make them better.
Fourth, you will want to spend time with this person. Learning about who they are and why.
Fifth, when you are troubled; you want them by your side helping you. When they are troubled you will want to be by their side helping them. When you two are at odds, their is no one you want but them.
Is it ok to say no in a relationship?

In society, we are led to believe that we need to say yes and on to be on the go. However, in a relationship, and for ourselves and family, that can be very dangerous.

Negative thinking causes so many issues in you and your relationship. It takes the passion out of your relationship and yourself.

1. Tell yourself and brain that you don't think or talk that way. Also, write it down.
2. Start thinking positive about yourself and things.
3. Go to bed thinking postivite thoughts and the goods that happened during the day and what you accomplished.
4. Start to figure out where the negative thought is from and start to change those thoughts.
When you start thinking positively it will spark the passion in you and your relationship and Honeymoon Mindset!

First is know what your values are. When you know your values, it helps keep your mental and emotions in check with them.
Second, making your priorities are in line with your values. When you have your priorities inline with your values helps you feel worthy and important.
Third is taking responsibility for your thoughts, feelings and actions. When you do this you are making sure they stay consitent with your values and priorities.
Finally, is taking action. Fear and our comfort zone keeps us from doing things we need to, even though there is nothing wrong with where you are. When your actions are keeping you from what your values and priorities are, then you will have a lack of self worth. You need to taking those actions to help your self worth by taking the responsibility in following what your values and priorities are.
