Everyone has this ideal vison of their perfect life, partner and dream job.
We call this the Trophy Syndrome!
We put a lot of time and effort to get these trophies. When we get them sometimes it is not what we thought it would be. There are times, we need to remember that we need to keep bettering ourselves, so we are able to keep the trophy.
Are there things we can do to help with Trophy Syndrome?
There are a couple things we can do. First, we can continue bettering who we are as an individual. We are constantly learning, growing emotionally and spiritually. Secondly, we need to be grateful for what we have, the work we put into getting it and what it means to us. Thirdly, we need to be thankful.
