The post 4 trails episode part 1 where Steve Pheby & John Ellis interview the legendary Tomo who was the fastest finisher of the 2023 edition of the Hong Kong four trails ultra challenge along with 3rd place finisher, Ryan Whelan. They reveal the highs and lows of the event and how they suffered from sleep deprivation.

We spoke to Jo Lodder, who is running five trails in five days for two very worthwhile charity causes. Jo tells us about his background as a runner, running for a cause (or two), plans for the challenge and how people can get involved.
