“What did I learn in this process and what do I want to share? 

The biggest thing is to honor this season of what it means to live courageously. For me, that’s exactly what I did. Living courageously in this season (to me) was being present and intentional even in the fullness of what life had brought so I wouldn’t go into the habitual pattern of burning out. Not doing that. 

With that, these are the questions I really asked myself that I invite you to ask yourself. 

What does courage mean to you in this season?
Not the courage you defined a year ago, six months ago or even a month ago. Whatever the season you’re in, what does courage mean to you?”

This episode is a pulling back of the curtain, a deep dive into my life and the season I've been in. I recount the fullness that July was - the triggers that began to present themselves that usually lead to burnout and what I did to create awareness around these very triggers, make aligned adjustments within my life and the reality that happened as a result.
