After back-to-back wins and Tony Bennett back in the building, Preston and Mike Barber talk through the sudden good vibes around UVA basketball.

Opening weekend is finally upon us for college baseball season, so Preston is joined by Greg Madia from the Daily Progress and Monty Taylor from College Baseball Central for a deep-dive season preview into UVA baseball.
The last time the guys were altogether was at the College World Series, so they discuss if it is Omaha-plus or bust for a talented and experienced Virginia team this season. Then they pick through the Cavaliers' schedule to pick out some intriguing ACC weekends and talk about one of the more challenging non-conference schedule for UVA in a few years.
Later Preston, Greg and Monty walk through the UVA lineup position-by-position to see who will start and the most likely order for a dangerous Virginia offense. Then they shift their focus to the pitching staff with a few roles up for grabs and a lot of candidates. Then with the college baseball season nearly a week away, Preston brings on Daron Vaught, host of the ACC Baseball Etc. podcast on the D1Baseball network and a familiar play-by-play voice during the season. Daron and Preston reacts to the ACC Preseason Coaches Poll picking Virginia to come out on top and who are the real contenders in a deep conference.
Later Preston asks Daron for his thoughts on the Cavaliers, who he believes are Brian O'Connor's deepest team. They pick their most intriguing position players and pitchers, while answering the big question of what has to happen for UVA to make it back to Omaha for the third-straight season.
Finally, Daron gives an overview of who to watch in the ACC this season to get fans ready for the season.
Preston welcomes back Kris Wright from The Sabre to breakdown the 2025 UVA football schedule, first impressions of the new transfers including Chandler Morris and react to Virginia men's basketball picking up their first road win of the season at Miami.
First a schedule deep dive after the ACC released earlier this week with thoughts on the slew of early home games, a Friday night against Florida State and the bye week leading to the Commonwealth Clash. Then Kris and Preston give their most intriguing ACC and non-conference games before giving a way-too early prediction on next season.
After meeting a few of Virginia's newest transfers, Preston and Kris talk about the transfer class, UVA picking up two players from the national championship game and the lofty goals of Chandler Morris.
Finally, Virginia picked up a road win at Miami without Andrew Rohde and Elijah Saunders thanks to huge efforts from Taine Murray and Isaac McKneely. They discuss does anything we saw in Miami change our thoughts on the lineup.
After suffering the program's first ever loss in Charlottesville to Notre Dame, Preston invites on Cuts From The Corner to talk about Ron Sanchez and Virginia basketball as January comes to a close.
First Cuts gives his take on the Notre Dame defeat, a few things he's noticed in recent weeks and the push for the ACC Tournament. Later Preston and Cuts play a new game for the podcast, Either...Or where they get two statements to decide what the real cause is. They answer is the Packline dead, was the revamped offense theoretical, can embrace the pace still work and was this poor roster construction.

Jay talks about his offseason, the MLB Draft, his dual-sport journey and how he ended up back at Virginia for his senior season. Then Preston and Jay talk about his comeback to make an impact on the Wahoos path to the College World Series and break down Jay's emotional press conference in Omaha.
Later Jay breaks down this year's Virginia squad and why the Cavaliers lineup might be as dangerous as ever. Plus Jay shouts out a couple players who have made leaps this offseason, the toughest at-bat in the lineup and the newcomers catching his eye.
