Ryan Odom and staff finally added two bigs to the roster in German center Johann Grünloh and Kansas State transfer Ugonna Onyenso. Mike and Preston break down both of their fits on the roster and why both carry exciting upside. Later the guys compare last season's roster to the rebuilt roster put together by Odom and ponder if it's better before discussing what UVA still needs to add.
With 10 transfer portal additions this spring, Virginia has continued to revamp their roster heading into Tony Elliott's fourth season. Preston and Mike look at the key areas the Cavaliers have improved and discuss why this is the most complete and deepest roster in years. Then they breakdown why this is one of the more unique roster builds in the country and how have the offseason additions changed the expectations for next season.

Preston and Ahmad give their initial thoughts on the spring game and talk about the benefits and whether the Cavaliers will keep the format going forward. Then each gives three stock risers from the spring, two key takeaways and one thing to watch going forward with the spring transfer portal opening this week.
The Double Bangs are flying in as Ryan Odom and company heat up in the transfer portal, plus UVA Assistant Athletics Director for Marketing Eric Ward joins Preston to talk about how to pack Scott Stadium come football season.
