Hope in Recovery

Why do we take one step and one principle at a time? It may feel like our recovery is moving slowly, but there's a reason for the deliberate pace. Each step and principle is designed with intention, offering a process that is not only life-sustaining but also transformative. Last week, we explored Step 1, and in this week’s podcast, we’ll continue our journey by diving into the purpose and significance behind Step 2.

Shame can be so insidious. It has been described as the #1 tool of the enemy. But what is shame? How does the enemy use it to get us stuck in our recovery? On this episode, Rodney unpacks the role shame plays in our hurts, hand-ups, and habits, so that we can be on guard against it.
