Nothing that seems to happen means anything, so there is nothing to try and figure out about it. Everything that seems to happen is for a feeling through which healing can occur. 

If you're not caught up in making your perception mean anything, you can feel what the thoughts you are presently believing do to you and easily release shame, guilt, and fear.

Change is the only constant in an illusory world.

The ability to perceive changeful illusions is predicated on the mistaken belief that you’ve changed yourself and destroyed your changeless reality.

Illusions of sickness and death are testaments to believing that the self you made is guilty and therefore deserving of punishment.

Yet because illusions are changeful, they can and will be changed to reflect spontaneous healing of the mistaken belief that gives rise to them.

The only reason some illusions seem more difficult or impossible to heal is that you’ve given them special reality by making them out to be more powerful than your mind, which is created in perfect love.

The world you rule in perfect love will be seen again, but not before you’re willing to accept that you made the world that seems to rule you.

As long as you are perceiving a world of opposites where there are appearances of suffering and death, you don't know who you are. Admitting that makes the space for you to learn about your true identity through your life experiences, but pretending that you already know delays learning and engenders more suffering and death.
