Ever feel like we spend most of our life preparing for something more? Like we're constantly getting ready for whatever's next? God wants you and I to get our hearts ready, and as we get our hearts ready, He wants us to have our minds set, so when it's time to go, we're set to go! To go and do whatever he's asking us to do.

Jesus teaches us that there is one thing worth being concerned about, that is sitting at the Lord's feet. In a world that is full of distractions and vying for our attention, one thing is necessary and worth being concerned about. That is to draw close to God. Today, we lean in on one practical way to draw close to God in community with others and on our own.

This series is simple yet challenging. It’s all about accepting the general call God has placed on followers of Jesus. To Find people we love and care about, Tell them what we know about Jesus and Bring them on the journey with us. The most important miracle we will witness in our lives is a life surrendered to Jesus as King of their lives. All other miracles pale in comparison to a heart coming to life, a life committed and devoted to Jesus.

Today's message, Pastor Bob shares that as the body of Christ, we bring the presence of Jesus to the world. Where you are, He is!

Today, Pastor Angel shares "the most excellent way" to live out our lives by walking in community and using the gifts God has given us in order to bless and serve others. We are called to love people all the way, be yourself all the way, and take risks with Jesus all the way!

In doing this not only are we unified (carrying a sense of belonging), but we also become more like Christ as we make a lasting difference in the world around us.
