Blair is joined on the Hope FM Breakfast Show by Jack Gatacre who, along with his friends Damien and Robin Fieldhouse, are planning to kayak around the Isle of Wight.

It's all part of the training for their 700 mile lap of Southern Scotland in August, where they'll cover 50 miles a day for a fortnight in aid of The Fishermen’s Mission.
