Cue Xfactor style lighting...Rhys and Charlotte zone in on those trigger points that tip you over. We also chat to Caitlin about coping tactics with the usual frivolity.

We welcome ourselves (and, indeed, you, if our mundane-ness hasn't turned you off yet) into 2020. We catch ourselves up with the longest month of the year and discuss all recent goings' on. This truly incredible podcast will be revived as often as we can. Be prepared.

Another sharing of random stories around the Hopefully Christmas table. We pull up a piano stool for all manner of people including our first (and possibly only) guest, Megan. She shares her struggles and methods of navigating Christmas and her experience of her Masters course. Charlotte is determined to swoon over the John Lewis advert despite Rhys's cynicism. Rhys dangles a prison drama in front of her as the (lebkuchen)esque carrot to drag her away from such ads. We also talk about whether we have sympathy for Meghan Markle and The Royals and the Press in general.

Charlotte and Rhys disect a talk on radio 'n' stuff, including the glasses. In between scoffing Pizza (with a potato topping..?) and mulled wine, Charlotte enacts her favourite word 'Stress' and Rhys rants about unqualified tiredness. Yawn.

Rhys gets a telling off by the Passport Office (kind of) while Charlotte tries to convince him of the merits of Halloween. She fails. We also talk about fading friendships and wallow in losing friends after University. Don't trust anyone folks!
