In this episode, we’re catching a summer tan on Gary’s rooftop patio while…well, one of us is drinking up beers from Imperial Western Brewing Co. (Gary’s off the sauce for a little bit). We cracked open Union Station Pale Lager and Super Chief West Coast IPA we’re digging the balanced malts and crispness on the lager, dank citrus on the IPA. Very solid beers and recommend you guys give ’em a try!

In this episode, we’re up in Ventura visiting our parents and wouldn’t you know, our dad is pretty into the beer scene up here. So, we raided his beer fridge and cracked open a member’s only hazy from MadeWest Brewing Company and a brand new hazy DIPA release from Ventura Coast Brewing Company. There are some great beers coming out of Ventura, CA so make sure you stop by next you’re cruising up the coast!

In this episode, we’re hanging at one of the OG spots in LA: Smog City Brewing. These guys kill it on pretty much every type of style they do..and for this episode, we’re drinking something a little new. They retooled their Hoptango IPA into something, well, hazy! That, and they just released an awesome Vienna Lager. Tune in and see what they are all about!

Well, that’s a wrap on LA Beer Week 2019, and while we had a lot of fun. Our livers need a break from all the beer. We’re hanging at House of Billiards at the official afterparty for Sour Friends Fest, countering those tart wild ales with a crisp lager from State and a delicious English Dark Mild from Yorkshire Square Brewery.
