small business downtown Porto where I do proper wine tasting experiences. People learn here. I also own a small vineyard producing weird Alvarinhos, and traveled to 22 countries. This might be about wine, hospitality or whatever comes up in my minds. Hope you find it useful somehow. I do believe though that hospitality and wine are two businesses that will go through some serious changes.
