If you are committed to your goals, do you have enough reasons to achieve them? That will drive your ability to follow through and take action. Look at your goals, intentions, and plans for the quarter, then drop any hesitations so you can make that commitment. Your standards will determine your follow-through. And you can convince yourself to achieve anything if you have enough reasons!
