This week Little Jase and Adz bring you the first part of the “Who Sang It Best” Trilogy

You’re going to hear two versions of Four different songs, and you get to decide who sung it best.

Our first offering is Hot Stuff by the original artist, Donna Summer from 1979, and then this month Dean Misdale blessed us with their newest rendition of Hot Stuff.

What would a comparison show be without a Madonna song. Like a Prayer was released in 1990 with the Immaculate Collection, and in 2026 Josh Fawaz bought us their amazing version of it, shorter and with a dance beat.

For many years, everyone believed that Bjork bought us the only version of “It’s Oh So Quiet” in 1995 (Post Album)  As fabulous as it is, was not the original. In Fact the Original was first recorded in 1952, by Betty Hutton and was first called “It’s Oh So Quiet (Blow A Fuse).

Power Ballads were definitely a thing in the 2000’s, with Snow Patrol, in 2003. Five years later Leona Lewis turned up the volume in her version of the same Power Ballad. The Spirit Album was remarkably one of the best albums of 2008.

I hope you enjoy all the great songs and the covers, but which ones did you LOVE??

Let’s round out the show with a Toddler Rave Favorite, by Lenny Pearce… The favorite, – Well you will have to listen to the show to find out…….
