“Dr Doctor give me the news. I’ve got a bad case of having been shot in the back.” James Garfield has been shot in a time when doctors are more dangerous than bullets. Charles Guiteau has shot James Garfield in a time when shooting the president is even more dangerous than doctors. The dramatic conclusion of the Presidents’ Day Season here at HCB.

On today’s episode we discuss the master of delusion himself, Charles Julius Guiteau. A man who failed at more things than most people ever even try. He also killed the president. (Kind of)
