  • Coaching & Culture with Tampa Bay Rays Coach, Frank Jagoda

Hot Corner Athletics Podcast S1E9 with one of my former coaches and a great friend of mine, Frank Jagoda. Jags has coached at almost every level of baseball from Community College to Division one and now into Professional Baseball. Jags was the Rehab Coordinator for the Minnesota Twins, U18 Director for Team USA and is now in Player Development with the Tampa Bay Rays. Jags was on the coaching staff at Canisius College in 2013 when we won the MAAC Championship for the 1st time in Program History and has been a great mentor throughout the years with coaching. In this podcast, we discuss our memories together and how we were able to change the program that we were in, but also how we were able to develop relationships along the way and how those relationships have helped guide us through our profession. We have had some amazing times together and we believe that this podcast provides all the value to people who want to learn more about the game and what the real meaning is behind playing sports.
