  • HDR Ep. 27 - The One Where Josh Sings at the End
What's nuts about this episode - is we're pushing a lot of boundaries without even knowing it. I mean it's never brought up once...but these audio tests, music teases, extended soundboard moments, singing - it blends in so naturally you'd never know we were making it up on the spot and testing and experimenting and growing.
We're all on that journey. Come join us.
@HotDadRadio - shoot us a note to get into our secret clubhouse....(it's our private discord).

  • HDR Ep 26 - Core Values 1.0
One of the best parts of HotDadRadio is the revolving hosts and guests - if you're not free, there's no stress to join, the show goes on as does life.
Ryan and Josh get a little deep and philosophical in this one. They cover their thoughts on the past, present, and future of HotDadRadio as well as the core values they strive to record by.
As of this recording, a few core values were set. Let's see how they evolve and change over the years.
-Be yourself, bring your personality, be authentic.
-Bring a topic, stay in the conversation
    -Its Improv Baby! Yes, and
-Be timely, be respectful of a listeners time
    -Branding extends past the session
    -Active Listening is Active
Let us know how we hold up to these standards. Don't forget - you can harass us online @HotDadRadio on any channel!
    We read EVERY comment.

  • HDR Ep. 25 - The Lost Episode
I'll be completely honest. I lost the notes for this episode. I'm sure it's good. If it's not, address us directly to our (digital) faces at @HotDadRadio on most social media questions. HDR Forever!!

  • HDR Ep. 26: Whose counting anyhow. (Ft. a new theme song?!)
I'll be honest. The moment the recording stopped, all three of us went into a Severance like state and I just now snapped back. I have no idea what happened on this episode, so you'll just have to tune in, but I have a post-it stuck to my forehead that says: "The new theme is a hit!" - whatever that means.
Let us know what you think?!
    As always - @HotDadRadio

  • HDR: the Gang (minus Ryan) Goes to Portland, Part 1.
On this episode of HotDadRadio - is that a corny way to start a podcast description? I never know. I've written what is at this point hundreds of these and not ONCE have I heard feedback from a listener about "hey, I read the podcast description and man, I'm so glad I did, it changed everything. I was going to ignore this piece of performance art disguised as three emotionally stable men talking about their place in the world and society within, but then I read "on this episode of HotDadRadio the guys....I dunno, talk about the harvard prison experiment" and just had to tune in.
    NEVER HAS THAT HAPPENED.
And I don't even know who SEO is...why am I writing for a musician I don't even listen to?
Any way - Portland, the Oatmeal, vacation prep, and a cliff-hanger...in that order? Enjoy the abrupt ending!
