Rather than join the fray, I decided to zoom out and talk about how WE collectively read the Bible as a family of believers. What causes us to separate and attack each other? In this episode, I take a deep dive into how our western assumptions often hinder us from understanding the fulness of truth, as well as how to approach the Bible from an eastern understanding. Visions are one of THE primary ways God speaks to His people. People often think the prophetic is for special people with special gifts. But the Bible says that in Christ, the VEIL is taken away and we can behold His Face! A lot of folks get hung up on the fact that they've never experienced visions before. We don't have to be defined by our past experience! The Gospel is a continual invitation to experience MORE. 

If God lives inside of us, then hearing from Him is easy and natural. It's so easy in fact, that most of us overlook the ways that he's already speaking to us all the time. In this episode, I talk about why I think visions should be a normal part of every believer's relationship with God, as well as lead a time of activation at the end. ENJOY!

Enjoy this sermon excerpt from the first session of my "School of Happy Evangelism!" Every single one of us carries an internal engine, or belief system. Whether good or bad, these beliefs drive us to do everything we do. In this talk, I share about the two dominant lenses concerning evangelism in the church today. The first is what I call "the Titanic Gospel," that everyone is doomed, and we gotta get 'em out of here as fast as possible! The second, is what I call "Garden Christianity." That the victory of Jesus on the Cross restored creation to it's original vision and purpose, and we get to share in that. Both of these lenses provoke similar actions, but wildly different fruit in our lives.
